I think my son disturbed a nest of some sort. Bees or wasps or hornets swarmed us and we suffered a bunch of stings. He thinks it was started when he brushed up against the plants on his left as he was entering the park.

My dog and I were also swarmed near entrance to Dana Park, by basketball court. We’re waiting at Angell Med emergency waiting to see a vet.

So sorry to hear it. It was really intense and unpleasant. Our kids were freaked out. We don’t think our dog was stung. But hope yours is doing ok. Scary stuff.

Thanks, hope your kids are ok. It was horrifying.
They stung dog’s belly and feet, and her eye is swollen. Painful stings!
