A trench must have been dug which goes from an electrical service box alongside the dog park to a new car charging station (?) on the curb. This was not sufficiently filled back in and tamped down in the grassy section, so now there is a section sinking in which is a tripping hazard (how I found it) and just generally a detriment to the park and shoddy work.
