I posted the request while walking my dog, so apologies for the errors. Corrections below:

Location: Ft Washington Park.

Broken sprinkler pooling water in the park. Waste of water especially during the drought we're in. The pooled water is also attracting bugs.

Dogs get dirty by going in there, requiring to be bathed - compounding the further waste of water.

This is was not fixed. Looks like the hole was filled, but the broken sprinkler was not fixed. Still lots of water.
