At least once a month since May there has been a missed compost, yard waste or trash pickup. Is the city looking at this pattern? The repetition is frustrating.

Sorry we missed your curbside collection and thank you for reporting this online. Please leave the items at the curb. The items will be collected between 7am and 4pm in the next day or 2 (or 3 days if you are in the Friday collection route). Please always report a missed pickup after 4pm on your collection day or before 9am the day after for the best service.
