    Over the past 3 years the amount of street construction in and around Magazine St. has been incredible. As I sit here right now, another jackhammer is shattering the peace down on Magazine St., but Putnam Ave. has also seen enormous upheaval, noise, and road blockages. I can understand the need for public utilities and the city to make repairs and do maintenance, but after over 3 years, I wonder, will it ever end????
