There is a moped that’s been parked here on the sidewalk that people seem to come to rent — but it constantly has a strange alarm going off as something seems to be malfunctioning all the time. I’m not sure if people can park a moped on the sidewalk or not but perhaps the city could call the owner about the moped alarm? Thanks for looking into this
