Hello, this is Neal Alpert, Chief of Staff to Mayor Simmons, reaching out regarding our overly-noisy AC unit in our back office. The AC unit is loud to the point of impeding our ability to work effectively. We are requesting that someone come in to take a look at it and determine (1) if it is noisy as a result of needing repairs and (2) whether it can and should be replaced by a more modern, more quiet unit.
