I have placed the cursor where I feel a storm drained should be placed on Webster St. During storms that are more than a quarter inch of rain at a time, the water pools on Webster St. to the left of the Northwoods Circle entrance. There is very poor drainage here and I have not been able to locate where it should go, please consider placing a storm drain in this location, thank you.
