Resident called to say trash was missed.

Had recycling out. Not picked up.

Resident claims her YW was missed. She wasn't sure which day her YW was out for pickup. WM was notified for pickup on Thursday.

Resident called because her yard waste was not picked up. Due to the road race WM could not get to her address for pickup. WM had it already on the list. Was completed on Wednesday.

Resident came into office to complain that recycling was missed.

Agent Fralick received a call from the complex stating the toters and dumpster need to be replaced. An order has been made to switch out the dumpster and toters. Issue resolved.

The complex at 201 Main Street called to complain that when the dumpster was dumped dirty water and trash was left behind. Agent Fralick has been in constant contact with representatives from the building along with conducting multiple site visits. He has communicated with Waste Management and a plan is in place to ensure the problem does not continue. New Dumpsters have been ordered for the property and Agent Fralick will continue to monitor the situation.

Neighbor at #40 Campbell Street is complaining about #42 that there is trash everywhere and they property is unkept. Agent Fralick spoke with owner at #42 and discussed a cleanup schedule. Agent Fralick is monitoring the situation.

Resident complaining that the development project being conducted across the street is receiving deliveries too early in the morning. Agent Fralick spoke with Project Manager. Issue resolved.

Resident put out yardwaste in plastic bags and it was not taken. Resident was advised to use compost bags or open topped barrels. No plastic bags will be accepted. Issue resolved.

Resident complained her recycling had not been picked up today and ALL others have been on her street. A call was made to WM Foreman and the issue will be resolved by the end of the day.
