The fence at the field at the corner of south st & highland st is beyond repair and a constant complaint. It is rusted and collapsing. Posts are missing and the sharp edges can injur the kids that play here. My husnand and a neighbor have tried repairing and keeping it upright. It is an eye soar and dangerous
