On Old Granite st.
This happens on Friday and Saturday nights.
Fire Apparatus or an ambulance could not get through if there was a emergency.
This has been reported to police , Alderman Pat long and AldermanJoe Kelly levasser.
With them both saying this would be addressed by the police department and nothing is happening and nothing has happened as if yet
