I have reported this same issue more than once. I usually come through at about 7:25am, same problem. They just keep telling me its fixed and it is never fixed.

We had a bad detector for the northbound left turn that was telling the signal that a car was there at all times. We repaired this yesterday and monitored last night and this morning and have not seen any false calls and see it resting on the north/south phases when no traffic is present. We will continue to monitor, but it should be working correctly now.

Ok, I passed through this morning and it was clear sailing. Hopefully it stays fixed.

This issue has been resolved, and is being closed.

Yes, we determined an issue with a panel in the cabinet on Friday. Parts are on order. We changed settings so it should cycle between phases so nothing is skipped, but there may be more delay than typical conditions. It may be a few weeks until parts are in and repairs are made.

Thanks for your prompt response! Good idea with the phase cycling until the parts come in and the repairs are made. I'll let you know if there are issues in the interim.

Sat yesterday (6am) south on Willow & it stayed red, no cycling. Today, red still & nobody bothering to stop really. Guess the 6am crew know that after weeks, it’s not going green!
