Description
These people keep letting their dog poop all over the park that clearly states NO DOG FOULING! Usually they aren't even with the dogs- they usually just let them out their front door and wait but today one of them sat there an watched while their dog pooped and JUST LEFT IT!! This has been going on for over a year and half and I have made many complaints about this. Whats the point in erecting a giant no dog fouling sign if when presented with photos and videos WITH the owners nothing happens Not to mention these dogs are also being let out OFF LEASH and manchester has a strict leash law for obvious reasons! And yes I got plenty of photos with the dogs running all over the place without an owner in sight. So with these two laws being broken when is someone going to do something? ?
